I wanted to separate this from my previous catch-up post. I think you’ll see why…
Day 28 – Today, I’m so thankful for my best friend, Morgan. I am 99% sure I’m not the only one who calls her “best friend.” She’s just that great of a person. Really. I think I’ve blogged before about how Joe Michael and I met Morgan and Erich at a church Sunday School class and asked them to lunch that first day. And the rest is history. We’ve been friends for about 10 years now. Those 10 years have seen us through a lot — having children, changing jobs, moving away, and more.
Morgan also has a lot going on right now. She just became an aunt for the 4th time (but this is the first baby for this sister). She has been very very sick herself for the past couple of months because she is preggo (oh gosh, I’m sure that’s public info, but it still makes me nervous to type). And the latest thing in her life is that her Dad had a major heart attack Thanksgiving night. He had bypass surgery this morning and all is well. God is good! So I’m continuing to pray for Morgan, and I thank God for her more than she’ll ever know!
